Lot 32 "Road II-23 Ruse - Kubrat from km 0+030 to km 21+550, with total length 21,520 km , Ruse Region“

The main result that will be achieved by the project's realization is a rehabilitated road section of road II-23 /21.52 km/. Road II-23 serves the Ruse region and provides a connection between Ruse Municipality and Ruse Regional center, as well as a connection with roads I-2 and I-7. The safety and the comfort of the traveling residents of Chervena voda and Novo selo villages to Ruse and to Kubrat, the extension of the road's life will be provided by the improvement of the transport-operational performances of the existing road. The improved conditions for passing through the road section will impact favorably on target groups under this project and the final beneficiaries-the population of Ruse Region, Ruse and Kubrat Municipalities, will contribute improving the quality of life and working environment, providing new opportunities to enhance the competitive power in the region amp; accessibility to the TEN-T network of goods and passengers within the region, which achieves the objective of this grant.
