The project provides changes in the System for financial managment and control of Kazanlak Municipality in order to separate its functions as local authority, Intermediary unit and concrete beneficiary, and to specify the new functions of the Intermediary unit for evaluation of projects under Priority 1 of the Operational programme "Regions in growth 2014-2020". The implementation of the project will create conditions for organising and monitoring of the implementation of the Investment programme of Kazanlak Municipality for urban development. The evaluation of the project proposals will be secured through attracting external experts. The project will also create conditions for exchange of experience and best practices.
