Support for the Intermediate Body and for Managing the Investment Programme for Implementing Integrated Plan for Urban Regeneration and Development - Dobrich

The main activities included in the project are: 1. Updating financial management and control systems to make it relevant to the implementation and management of investment programmes of 39 cities, corresponding to their functions, related to grant procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 - Implementing Investment Plans for Urban Regeneration and Development 2014 - 2020; 2. Team members' remunerations for being in charge of implementation of investment programmes under scheme BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 - Implementing Investment Plans for Urban Regeneration and Development 2014 - 2020; 3. Intermediate body members' remunerations for their work, related to implementation of procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 - Implementing Investment Plans for Urban Regeneration and Development 2014 - 2020; Hiring external to intermediate bodies assessment experts and assessment advisors for evaluating project proposals, submitted under procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 - Implementing Investment Plans for Urban Regeneration and Development 2014 - 2020; 5. Participation in experience exchange programmes and good practice programmes; 6. Expenses for publicity and visualization activities; 7. Project management. The project involves a financial plan which includes justification of the required funds and their allocation. Project outputs would be: an updated financial and control system with one new element - a system for management and control of intermediate body activities, related to the "Operational Programme Regions in Growth"; an investment programme under monitoring and control and achieved intermediate and final goals; financially provided functions of the intermediate body ; satisfied necessity of information and experience exchange. Dobrich municiplaity would expand its capacity to function as a local body, responsible for implementing startegies for sustainable urban development and as intermediate body.
