Technical assistance for Municipality Silistra for the implementation of Priority Axis 1 from the Operational Programme "Regions in Growth" 2014-2020, intended to finance the costs to sustain activities for management and implementation of Investment programme and the new assigned functions of Intermediate Unit for the period 2014 -2020.The project proposal includes financing of participations in programmes for exchange of experience and best practice, as well as remunerations for third parties hired for evaluation of project proposals of the Investment programme.
