The project proposal addresses the needs of the municipality of Montana for financing the costs for the municipal actions for managing and implementation of the Investment programme of the municipality for the period until 2023 for implementation its integrated plan for urban regeneration and development. The project proposal includes measures for covering the expenses of the employees which will be engaged with implementation of the investment programme, of the team of the intermediary body in the municipality, as well as the costs for external evaluators. The project includes expenses needed for the update of the systems of financial management and control which will guarantee proper and effective funds management received under priorty axes one of the OPRG 2014-2020. The project encompasses actions for improvement of the administrative capacity of the municipality for implementation of the IPURD.
