The project proposal is aimed at financing the costs of Municipality of Vratsa in order to ensure its activities in managing and implementing the investment program of the municipality for the period until 2023 to implement its integration plan for urban regeneration and development. The project proposal includes measures to ensure the salaries of municipal experts who will be involved in the implementation of the investment program, teams of Intermediate Unit and remuneration of external experts involved in the evaluation of proposals. There are included costs necessary to update the system for financial management and control, to ensure appropriate and efficient management of the funds allocated under Priority Axis 1 of Operational Programme "Regions in Growth" 2014-2020. The proposal covers activities aimed at improving the administrative capacity of the municipality to implement integration plan for urban regeneration and development.
