The project proposal is intended to support Pleven municipality to ensure its activities on management and implementation of the Investment program for the period until 2023 and i the functions it performs the municipality as an intermediate body under Priority 1 "Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development", Operational Programme "Regions in growth" 2014-2020. The investment program includes the planned in the Integrated plan for Urban Regeneration and Development (IPURD) of the City of Pleven projects designed for various infrastructure sites, aiming the achievement of sustainable development, integrated impact and synergistic effect over the territory and its population through the implementation of the following investment priorities: Urban environment; Educational infrastructure, Integrated urban transport, and social and cultural infrastructure.
