Support for the IB and the management of the investment program for the implementation of IPGVR of Karlovo

The main activities include: 1. Updating the systems for financial management and control in order to implement and manage the investment programs of 39 cities to their functions under the procedure for granting financial assistance BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 "Implementation of Integrated Plans urban Reconstruction and development 2014-2020 "; 2. Remuneration of the teams for implementation of investment programs procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 "Implementation of Integrated Plans for Urban Reconstruction and Development 2014-2020 .; 3. Remuneration for members of IBs with a view to the realization of the procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 "Implementation of Integrated Plans for Urban Reconstruction and Development 2014-2020 .; 4. Hiring independent from the IB appraisers and assistant assessors to evaluate proposals under procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 "Implementation of Integrated Plans for Urban Reconstruction and Development 2014-2020"; 5. Expenses for publicity and visualization; 6. Project management. The project includes a financial plan and justification of the necessary resources and their distribution. Through the implementation of activities Karlovo municipality will increase the capacity of the local authority responsible for the implementation of an integrated plan for urban regeneration and development (IPGVR) and the investment program for the realization of IPGVR, as an intermediate body and beneficiary of grants procedure BG16FROP001-1.001.039.
