BUDGET LINE FOR MUNICIPALITY VELINGRAD

Project “Budget line for Municipality Velingrad” is aimed at improving the administrative capacity of Velingrad Municipality as a beneficiary under Priority Axis 1 "Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development" of the Operational Program "Regions in Growth" 2014 - 2020. The activities to be realized as per the project proposal are: - Update of the available financial management and control systems in order to implement and manage the investment programs of 39 cities, according to their functions under the procedure for grant assistance BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 "Implementation of Integrated Plans for Urban Reconstruction and Development 2014 - 2020"; - Remuneration for the teams responsible for the implementation of investment programs under the procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 "Implementation of Integrated Plans for Urban Reconstruction and Development 2014 - 2020; - Remuneration for the intermediary teams in view of the realization of procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 "Implementation of Integrated Plans for Urban Reconstruction and Development 2014 – 2020; - Hiring external (to the intermediaries) appraisers and assistant-appraisers to evaluate project proposals under procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 "Implementation of Integrated Plans for Urban Reconstruction and Development 2014 – 2020; - Participation in different programs for exchange of experience and good practices (e.g. trainings, seminars and conferences, etc.); - Publicity and visualization; - Organization and Project management. The realization of the project “Budget line for Municipality Velingrad” will finance management and execution of the investment program of Velingrad for the period ending 2023, as well as the operations of the intermediate body under Priority axis 1 "Sustainable and Integrated urban development " of the Operational program " Regions in growth" 2014 – 2020.
