The project proposal is realizing under PA 8 ”Technical assistance” of Operational Programme “Regions in Growth” (OP RG) 2014-2020. The project proposal is aimed to assist Municipality of Lovech’s needs concerning realization of an Investment Programme of the city of Lovech, with financial support to the activities connecting with management and implementation of the Investment Programme in the period up to 2023 as well as an Intermediate body under PA1 “Sustainable and integrated urban development” of Operational Programme “Regions in Growth” 2014-2020. The project proposal includes measures aimed to ensure the financial support for updating of systems for financial management and control in the municipality in connection with the Investment programme’s implementation. The aim of the activity is to guarantee appropriate and effectiveness in management the resources intended for Investment programme’s implementation. The project proposal includes measures aimed to ensure remunerations of the Investment programme management team in the period 2016-2023; insuring the remunerations of Intermediate body (IB) members, engaged with assessment of project proposals, included in the Investment programme; ensuring the remuneration of expert that are going to support IB in projects’ assessment. Activities connected with building of municipality’s administrative capacity in implementation of PA 1 are provided “Sustainable and integrated urban development” OP RG 2014-2020.
