Technical assistance for Panagyurishte Municipality

The project proposal is a set of measures that ensure the activities of the municipality in the implementation of the investment program for the period until 2023 and the functions of an intermediate unit. The implementation of the project will create conditions for organising and monitoring of the implementation of the Investment programme of Panagyurishte Municipality for urban development. The expected results are a completed functioning of the Intermediate Body, educated experts, provided management of the Investment Programme and successfully implemented evaluation procedures for project proposals under the implementation of the Integrated Plan for Urban Regeneration and Development. The main activities under the present project proposal are: • Update on financial management and control; • Remuneration of the teams for implementation of the investment program; • Remuneration of the teams of the Intermediate unit; • Outsourcing Intermediate Body appraisers and assistant valuators; • Participation in the programs for exchange of experience and best practices; • Management of budget line; • Information and publicity measures for Budget Line.
