The project proposal aims at increasing the capacity of the municipal administration for better performance of its role of a beneficiery for efficient and effective use of the advantages which the funding on Priority axis 1 of the OPRG 2014-2020 give for achieving the integral approach in the urban development of the city of Veliko Tarnovo. The main activities would include remunerations of the members of the team which is responsible fot the implementation of the Investment programme; remunerations of the members of the Intermediate unit /IU/; hiring external to the IU evaluators and assistant-evaluators of the project proposals; participation in seminars and programmes for best practices exchange; project management.
