A Budget Line for the Municipality of Varna - a Beneficiary of Priority Axis 1 of OPRG 2014-2020

The „Budget Line for the Municipality of Varna - a Beneficiary of Priority Axis 1 of OPRG 2014-2020“ project is developed in accordance to the requirements of OP Regions in Growth, Priority Axis 8 "Technical Assistance", Procedure №BG16RFOP001-8.001. The project's implementation will benefit the Investment Program of the Municipality of Varna and will contribute to the priorities set in the medium-term strategic documents at all levels – the Municipal Plan for Development of the Municipality of Varna, the EU Strategy 2020, the EU Strategy for the Danube Region etc. The costs of activities are distributed so that financial resources are effectively concentrated on securing the activities of Investment Program implementation team, members of the Intermediate Body and external assessors and assistant assessors, update of the System for Financial Management and Control in order to implement and manage the Investment Program of the Municipality of Varna according to the functions and Grant procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 "Implementation of Integrated plans for Urban Reconstruction and development 2014-2020". The implementation of planned activities will contribute to the improvement of the administrative capacity of the Municipality of Varna as a beneficiary under Priority Axis 1 "Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development" of OPRD 2014-2020 in order to fulfill its functions and as an Intermediate Body.
