Technical assistance for implementation of the Investment programme within the Integrated Plan for Urban Reconstruction and Development of Municipality of Gotse Delchev for the 2014-2020 period.

The financial plan of Gotse Delchev Municipality envisages the implementation of the following activities in the period between 2016 and 2023: • Updating the systems for financial management and control in order to implement and manage the investment programs of 39 cities in accordance with their functions under the procedure for granting financial assistance BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 "Implementation of Integrated Plans for Urban Reconstruction and Development 2014-2020" • Remuneration of the teams for the implementation of Investment programs under procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 "Implementation of Integrated Plans for Urban Reconstruction and Development 2014-2020" • Remuneration of the teams of the Intermediate units for carrying out the procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 "Implementation of Integrated Plans for Urban Reconstruction and Development 2014-2020" • Hiring assessors and assistant-assessors, external for the Intermediate unit, to evaluate project proposals under procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 "Implementation of Integrated Plans for Urban Reconstruction and Development 2014-2020" • Participation in programs for exchange of experience and good practices. • Costs for publicity and visualization The financial plan amounts to 102 114,72 BGN. Over 60% of the total amount is expected to be assimilated in the first two years of the implementation of the plan (2016-2017) and the remaining funds are evenly distributed on an annual basis in the period 2018-2023.
