TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF INVESTMENT PROGRAM OF STARA ZAGORA MUNICIPALITY

Stara Zagora Municipailty is both the Specific beneficiary and the Intermediate Unit for Priority axis 1 and Operational Programme "Regions in growth" from 2014 to 2020, and has overall responsibility for quality, effective, efficient, lawful, appropriate and transparent execution of delegated functions and more specifically boosting the capacity to implement delegated tasks and the existence of procedures for monitoring and reporting.As Intermediate Unit and also the beneficiary of the operation, the municipality must guarantee the principle of separation of functions. The project provides: 1. Update the system of financial management and control municipality compared functions and procedure for granting financial assistance BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 "Implementation of Integrated Plans for Urban Reconstruction and Development 2014-2020"; 2. Outsourcing external appraisers and assistant assessors to evaluate proposals under procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 "Implementation of Integrated Plans for Urban Reconstruction and Development 2014-2020"; 3. Technical assistance for the creation of urban networks and participation in events at EU level related to integrated urban sustainable development; 4. Participation in programs for exchange of experience and good practices; 5. Publicity and visualization; 6. Audit; 7. Organization and Management
