The project is connected with the provision of specialized legal services for the Managing Authority of Operational Programme "Regions in Growth" 2014-2020 and Operational Program "Regional Development" 2007-2013. The project includes implementation of 1. Support of OPRD Managing Authority in administering alerts on irregularities - preparation of draft reports on alerts and draft letters to the beneficiary. 2.Support the Managing Authority of OPRD through specialized legal assistance performed by providing written legal consultation, analysis and standpoints related to national legislation and EU law in the implementation of the Operational Programme "Regions in Growth" 2014-2020 and the Operational Program "Regional Development" 2007-2013.
