"Support for improving the administrative capacity of the Municipality of Peshtera"

This project proposal aims at improving the administrative capacity of Municipality of Peshera through participation in specialized training and 2 conferences in the field of energy efficiency in buildings of municipal employees, part of the teams responsible for the preparation and implementation of projects under procedure BG16RFOP001-2.001"Energy efficiency in peripheral areas", Priority Axis 2"Energy efficiency support in focal points in peripheral areas“ under OPRD 2014-2020.To achieve this objective employees of the teams for preparation and implementation of projects under the above mentioned procedure will be divided in 2 groups, each of them will take part in conference in countries from North and Central Europe,also all of them will participate in a common training,conducted in Bulgaria.The measures envisaged in this project for increasing the administrative capacity of municipal employees like participation in training,2 conferences including exchange of good practices, discussions, on-site observation, visit a technical exhibition are aimed at improving the quality of the implementation, management, monitoring, reporting on projects under procedure BG16RFOP001-2.001 "Energy efficiency in peripheral areas", Priority Axis 2 "Energy efficiency support in focal points in peripheral areas“ under OPRD 2014-2020. The expected results of implementation of measures are: successfully trained employees of Municipality of Peshtera, part of the above mentioned team for preparation and implementation of projects, increased their knowledge in energy efficiency in buildings,monitoring and management of the process for applying energy efficiency measures and reporting; improved awareness of sustainable and green construction and retrofitting; learned good practices of modernization and refurbishments of existing buildings, sustainable construction and reconstruction,Green public procurement; learned European experience for applied solutions and innovative methods.
