Increasing administrative capacity of the employees of the Municipality of Cherven bryag for successful implementation of projects funded under Priority Axis 2 "Support for energy efficiency in support centers and peripheral areas" of OPRG 2014-2020

Priority 8 "Technical assistance" procedure: BG16RFOP001-8.003 "BUDGET LINE 28 - MUNICIPALITIES OF SMALL CITIES 4th level under the National concept of spatial development " is aimed at enhancing the professional competence of employees in the municipal administration Cherven bryag, through the creation and improvement of key managerial, operational and organizational skills to good governance and implementation of projects submitted under Priority Axis 2 "Support for energy efficiency in support centers and peripheral areas" of OPRG 2014-2020. Upcoming appearances in programs for exchange of experience and good practices - specialized trainings, conferences will help in building a modern administration through increased capacity of staff in energy efficiency. Best practices show that after participating in seminars, trainings, conferences and workshops increases as professional competence, it is the personal performance of employees as they acquire the necessary knowledge, improve communication between departments and directorates within the administration, but also coordination with officials from other municipalities in Bulgaria.Conducted workshops, seminars and trainings in the country and Europe aim to: - To build team effectiveness by improving the practical skills associated with the submitted project proposals for energy efficiency in the residential sector and that of public buildings; - Monitoring and managing the process of implementing energy efficiency measures and reporting; - A study of best practices in the field of modernization and reconstruction of existing buildings - Sustainable construction and reconstruction; monitoring the location of renovated buildings with high and medium energy class; - Discussing and analyzing various solutions and innovative methods for achieving high energy efficiency class of buildings.
