Improve the administrative capacity of the municipality of Provadia for Implementation of projects under Priority 2 "Support for energy efficiency support centers in outlying areas" of OPRD 2014-2020.

Municipality Provadia have filed proposals under procedure BG16RFOP001-2.001 "Energy efficiency in peripheral areas" worth nearly 8 million. Levs and are grouped as follows: 2 separate projects with an object of public state infrastructure; 1 project with an object from the municipal educational infrastructure; 1 project with an object of municipal administrative infrastructure; 1 project with four sites by municipal cultural infrastructure; and 1 project with ten sites - residential buildings. At the proposals of the municipality of Provadia is intended to be engaged a total of 22 employees, division in 6 team. They all have basic knowledge about the process of preparing and implementing projects, but the specifics of the projects requires a well trained and prepared employees for their full implementation. Through this project proposes to improve capacity of staff to administer the projects, borrowing ma best practices and applying them locally. It is envisaged that this be achieved through two modules, namely: Module 1. module upgrade training for municipal administration Provadia, for implementing projects Procedure BG16RFOP001-2.001 "Energy efficiency in peripheral areas"; Module 2: Exchange of experiences and best practices on energy efficiency. This scheme is the right place and right time to fill the gaps in knowledge and skills and to get a wider exchange of information and experience in the implementation of energy saving measures.
