Improving the administrative capacity of the "Road infrastructure" Agency in order to successfully implement the projects under Priority Axis 7 "Regional Infrastructure" OPRD 2014-2020,

The project proposal is directly related with increasing the administrative capacity of the Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) for the successful implementation of the projects under Priority Axis 7 "Regional Infrastructure" OPRD 2014-2020. RIA is a beneficiary under the Operational Programme "Regions in growth'' 2014-2020, and within the priority axis is expected to implement projects for rehabilitation and reconstruction of roads with total amount over 380 million BGN. At present, grant contracts were signed with the Managing Authority of OPRD for the first 15 projects. The total indicative value of construction is 151 million BGN VAT excluded. For the successful implementation of the projects and using the funds provided for under Priority Axis 7 "Regional Infrastructure" OPRD 2014-2020 is necessary to improve the administrative capacity of RIA in two main ways - by providing specialized rooms for rent to store all documentation and by increasing the knowledge, skills and qualifications of employees. RIA has the administrative, financial and operational capacity to ensure the implementation of the financial plan in terms of results / products / services financing plan and a deadline for implementation.
