Improving the administrative capacity of the Ministry of Education and Science (MES) for the successful implementation of the projects under Priority Axis 3 "Regional educational infrastructure" OPRG 2014-2020

The ministry of education and sciences (MES) is the beneficient side in the current procedure and will accomplish activities, which aim to improve the administrative capacity of the ministry, with an end result of success in the approved projects in priority axis number 3 "Regional educational infrastructure" of OPRG 2014-2020. On priority axis 3 MES has given 8 project propositions for modernization of the regional educational infrastructure through improvement of the material-technical basis of 102 public professional school in the system of MES, classified in two Components. In order to effectively execute the activities in the 8 project propositions, MES has selected a managing team, who will coordinate, organize, manage the activities, accept the work of the other activities and ensure the technical report to the Managing authority. Furthermore a training is needed to be organized for the improvement of the capacity through an increase of the activities and capabilities of the staff in all 8 projects. For the goals of effective management, measure application and reporting of the projects, a procedure guide and control papers will be made. Through the procedure guide, the reporting of the implemented activities will be improved and will give a cautious confidence that the expenses are right and just. For the communication and coordination throughout the activities a hardware (technical equipment) will be bought. Adequate measures will be taken in order to inform the public of the Non-refundable Aid (NRA) of OPRG. In result of the implementation of the current project, MES will be eased with the process of mangement, control, monitoring and publicity of the other 8 approved projects in priority axis 3 "Regional educational infrastructure" of OPRG 2014-2020.
