Commissioning an innovation machine for PET bottle blowing

Bottles Trading Ltd. is a Bulgarian company registered on 19.09.2010 pursuant to Trade law.The main economic activity of the micro enterprise is listed under section C:Processing industry,code 22.22:Manufacture of plastic packing goods in accordance with NACE 2008. In 2012-2014 the company successfully implemented a project on developing a prototype of an innovation machine for PET bottle blowing with the financial support of OP DCBE under procedure BG161PO003-1.1.05:“Development of innovations from start-up enterprises”. The developed by the company invention is a 4 cavities“linear type”machine for bottle blowing in which all operations-from preform feeding until exiting of finished bottles are carried out along an imaginary straight line.This eliminates the need of using complementary devices for rotation, revolution and positioning of prefoms and bottles.This method of work defines the invented automatic machine as an innovation compared to all known in Europe conventional PET blowing machines. The invention novelty has been protected at the Patent office with Certificate of registration of useful model №1914/01.07.2014.Considering the market potential of the innovation referring to sector “Mechatronics and clean technologies”of ISSS, with this project Bottles Trading is looking for support for commissioning the developed innovative product–blowing machine AM-X2S.To this end, it's necessary to purchase and commission CNC lathe–1un.,universal milling machine–1un.,band cutting machine–1un.,system for compressed air–1un.This equipment will allow the company to manufacture and assemble the parts required for the innovative automatic machine.The company will be able to reorganize its production and offer the market (export) a product that is novelty on the European market and is characterised with technical specifications, significantly exceeding the alternative solutions-the well known blowing machines offered in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
