This project is aimed at introducing product innovation Cloud Virtual Class (CViC) - an innovative service for personalized education provided through innovative computer and mobile application developed independently by CEI LTD. The innovative service for personalized education provided through innovative computer and mobile application is under the "New technologies in creative and recreational industries," thematic area, "Computer and mobile applications educational nature" priority of the Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialization. The service is innovative because it offers completely personalized approach to education according to the educational needs and opportunities for learning process of the learner. This educational service is significantly different than those currently proposed which are based on the approach of delivering the same educational content in the same way to students with different educational needs and opportunities for understanding of the educational material.
