Introducing composite powder metallurgy products into the mass production of hydraulic, pneumatic and other elements at Hydrosystem Ltd.

The project is for extending the production capacity of existing company Hydrosystem Ltd. - Yambol. The investment under the project consists of the purchase and introduction into production of Automatic vacuum sintering and deparafinning furnace, Semiautomatic vacuum impregnating system, Lather with central processing unit 15"x21" - 4, Lather with central processing unit 21"x26" - 4, Vertical Processing Center - 2, Automatic CO2 laser cutting machine, Degreasing and phosphating Unit automatic modes, Kreitz machine for pipes - 2, Two-component mixing paint system for low pressure, as well as of market analyses and surveys, contributing to the successful market entry of the innovation introduced by the project. The innovation is a two-way hydraulic cylinder performing rectilinear reciprocating movement due to high hydraulic pressure, with in-built details, made of sintered material, produced with the method of compressing composite powder materials. As a result of the investment, the existing company will be able to produce more of the products already being produced (hydraulic cylinders), although they will be significantly improved, because through the innovation the following economies are achieved - 90% economy of material; in comparison to the most widely used alternative, 60% increase in productivity, decrease in labor intensiveness, reduction of energy consumption of more than 50%, reduced expenditures on expensive tools. The useful model is extremely easy to implement, because the basic production process is not radically changed. The innovation technology will reduce the production cost and will increase the quantity of production, will shorten the production time while maintaining consistently high quality. In result, there will be an annual increase in the produced quantities, in the export volumes, in the number of clients and of employees of Hydrosystem Ltd., while the productivity of the plant will be increased by 36%.
