The project describes the idea of expanding the capacity of the existing business through the purchase of machinery, equipment and development of specialized software needed for the commercialization and marketing of the high-tech product - "smart sofa".

NACHEVI-90-S-IE partnership was established in 1991 as a family business for furniture production. The company specializes in the production of soft furniture with the highest grade leather and a variety of different fabrics and colors. It is the first manufacturer in Bulgaria of classical furniture with bulky and high volume elements made of solid wood. The furniture of "Nachevi" is well known on the Bulgarian market and connoisseurs from three continents, the main reason for which is their high quality - equal to or better than that of the world's leading manufacturers of soft furniture. The manufacturer aims to increase the innovation of "Nachevi-90-S-IE" partnership in the field of mechatronics through deployment into production and marketing of a utility model – under the name "smart sofa". In 2014 the company began R amp; D works with the intention of commercializing innovative products , with the result being developed and tested at the Technical University of Sofia. The product in question is the prototype product by the name of “smart sofa” (smart sofa) The smart sofa combines the luxury of relaxtion with high technology, providing innovative features such as heating in cold weather and cooling when warm, in addition to a relaxing mechanism, built-in sub-boofer and a stretching mechanism, powered by an electric motor. All mechanisms are controlled by a tablet, according to the set temperature and sound modes. At the same time, it is possible to control the entire home from a multimedia station. The intelligent appliance is equipped with a control device (tablet) with specially developed software for the management of all modules. Intelligence, high quality and low prices will allow the "smart" sofas to be their way to both national and global markets, which will boost the innovative capacity and competitiveness of NACHEVI-90 partnership and will contribute to the rise of the share of enterprises that implement and disseminate innovation.
