Enhancing the innovation capacity and competitiveness of the Komfo Ltd. through the introduction of innovative process for testing Software- Social Media Data Simulator.

Komfo Ltd. is a Bulgarian-Danish software company founded in 2008 that develops products for managing business needs in social media. Produced product is an innovative system of social management of the media, which integrates Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest, YouTube and others. For over 7 years of existence, the company managed to accumulate a critical amount of know-how imlpementiran in creating their own innovative product. The aim of Komfo Ltd is continuing its upward growth and successfully compete with other companies on the market, which requires continuous improvement of business processes and its product range in order to create new solutions, technologies and offering high quality services. The company developed and created innovative Social Media Data Simulator- block system for software testing, which is inherently virtualization of external services. At present equipment, which the company has no permit to achieve its strategic goal - implementation of Social Media Data Simulator. Komfo Ltd. will free resources to provide the required support services for its implementation. In this regard, this project provides for the acquisition of fixed assets and use of consulting and support services and is a necessary step to overcome these limitations. So envisaged project activities are all aimed at implementing innovative solution that is both a process innovation that is designed to improve workflow Komfo and its product innovation that will be marketed without existing at the time similar alternatives.
