Automatic Production Line for Flexible Packaging with Modular Transport System

“Mechatronica” SC is a machine building company, specialized in design, manufacture and sales of automatic lines for production of flexible packaging, filling of flexible packaging and in solving various problems in automation of the assembly. At present 90% of the machines are intended to the cosmetics and small part is for the chemical, pharmaceutical and food and beverage industry. Many companies mainly from Asia and less number from Europe, Africa (Kenya and Egypt), North (Canada and USA) and South America (Brazil and Columbia) are Mechatronica’s clients. Company’s machines are used for the manufacture of laminated tubes for the following multinational companies: Unilever, Colgate-Palmolive, P and G, Sunstar. At present the company is concentrated on the sales of its innovative line from the type FFS, which makes the tubes, but also fills them and seals them. The first machine from such type has been installed in India in 2009, followed by sales in Russia, Bulgaria and Japan. The ambition of the company at the present stage of its development is: increasing the income from export and more efficient usage of the assets. Thus, continuous improvements and new technological abilities have been made in the products. This keeps clients’ permanent attention and interest on the company’s activity and attracts new ones. The company management as well as the whole company staff are convinced that the position of a world leader can be achieved and kept only with continuous innovative activity. This is the main target of the current project: To support the manufacture of an innovative product through buying new tangible non-current assets for improved production technology, buying intangible assets, necessary for the innovative product as well as services to support the innovation. In the difficult conditions of a global competition, the company is striving towards steady development with the current project which is a logic continuation of preliminary projects.
