Innovations in Tesy Ltd

In our overall development strategy, we have forecasted to constantly implement into production and present at the market innovative products. All of the products are developed by the Ramp;D team of the company and when they turn to be unique and new on world level they are protected as industrial property objects. This gives us additional competitive advantages for a certain period of time. Under this project we shall implement into regular production innovative model family electric water heaters ModEco, which have never been produced in the company with such combination of construction components. All the water heaters from the new family will implement an innovative inlet nozzle for cold water which is developed by us and protected by European patent reg.N EP2679928. The new range will includ conventional water heaters with copper heater for vertical and horizontal mounting, boilers use in hard water for vertical and reversible mounting, water heaters with integrated heat exchangers for vertical and horizontal mounting and water heaters with SMART control for reaching the highest energy class. The consumers will get as a result reduced energy consumption, increased efficiency η wh [%], received through equal spreading with low speed of the cold water flow, and increased quantity of 40 degrees C mixed water. By this we shall increase our market share at all target markets, as well as we shall enter new markets. As we expect a big interest in our products, we have to increase our production capacity with at least 50% which will allow us to produce cost effectively for a highly competitive market. It is not possible for a part of the technological processes necessary for producing the innovative products to be fulfilled with good quality and cost-effectively only with the existing equipment. If produced only with the existing equipment the new products will not be competitive. The level of competitiveness will be reached by implementing the new equipment.
