Introduction in the manufacture of "Techceramic-M" Ltd. of innovative process for single disc polishing ceramic discs using a new generation of processing discs

This project is aimed to the introduction in the manufacturing activity of "Techceramic-M" Ltd. of process innovation for single disc polishing ceramic discs using a new generation of processing discs. The investment will lead to improvement in productivity and quality of products manufactured by the company ceramic discs. When launching the innovative process will not be infringing intellectual property rights. Intended for deployment in the enterprise innovative process constitutes an innovation in the World / European market and outperforms neighboring alternative solutions. The project implementation will lead to the commercialization of embedded innovation process in priority direction "Mechatronics and clean technologies" (production of basic components, parts, assemblies and equipment, incorporated as part of a mechatronic unit or self-constituting one unit) of ISIS. That subject matter is a priority for support in the North planning region where the company will achieve its investment. Thus the company will increase the proportion of high-tech production and create additional conditions for the development of the NW region that is among the troubles and underdeveloped areas not only in Bulgaria but also in EU. The project includes activity on Element A "Investments" - regime "de minimis" and activity on Element B "Services" - "Consulting and support services for innovation for the benefit of SME's". Successful implementation of the project requires realistic planning of the whole process and balanced distribution of the activities at the time of its execution. As part of the methodology for implementation of each activity, the applicant has provided project management, implementation of procedures for selection of contractors, delivery of equipment, consulting services (market research) in support of innovation. Planned to implement the project activities are in full compliance with EU horizontal policies.
