“Investments for introduction of a new product in BIOVET AD”

The implementation of this project is aimed at integration into regular production and achieve marketing of a totally new innovative product suite development of BIOVED AD for the composition and properties the company has filed an application for registration of a utility model ent. № 3264 from 26-th of February, 2016, and the title "anticoccidials containing Salinomycin." The product is a microgranules, dustless, free-flowing anticoccidial agent containing salinomycin as an active ingredient, which is used as a medicament in the form of a food supplement in the veterinary practice. The advantages of the product are its purity, very good flowability, shape, strength of microgranules, distribution of the active substance in the particles and a low content of dust. These are qualities that ensure the preservation of its rheological properties in storage at the expiry date, reliable, balanced and safe mixing with food and increase its effectiveness in use. For the moment BIOVED AD does not have all the equipment necessary for the production of so defined innovative product, as well as any new product manufacturing its technology specific. For this purpose, in the present project envisages purchase of spray drier - granulator, through which we will achieve even distribution of the specific activity of the resulting particles microgranule as well as their shape, size and strength. In this sense, the implementation in production of BIOVET the new product will only be possible after buying specialized equipment subject to the investment in this project. Ultimately, the project will improve the competitiveness of BIOVED AD by expanding production capacity and diversify its product portfolio. Will increase sales revenues and improve the market position of the company.
