Introduction of innovative service in "Ivo Petrov - Architects" Ltd.

This project proposal is targeted at commercialization of "Ivo Petrov Architects"s Ltd innovative service "Interactive urban planning in 3D environment" based on unique process and empirical database for analysis, planning and modeling of urban environment. In essence, the service is a multi-criteria analysis, combining modern technologies for 3D models building of components of urban environment (green areas, technical infrastructure, buildings, etc.). This service is applicable to all types of projects related to development of urban environment. The wide range of features, namely the possibility of developing integrated analyzes, evaluations and simulations make the innovative service applicable to structural developments such as urban planning (general and detailed plans), investment projects and strategic planning (strategies for urban modernization, for development of transport in the urban area, etc.). For the abovementioned commercialization of the innovative service "Ivo Petrov - Architects" Ltd team has developed a unique Europe-wide service based on process and empirical database for planning of urban environment, that combines in a unique way a wide range of activities: 1) Establishment, structuring and organizing geospatial databases; 2) Three-dimensional (virtual and physical) modeling of urban areas; 3) Three-dimensional thematic mapping processes in the urban environment; 4) Conducting spatial multi-criterion analyzes and evaluations; 5) Spatial modeling; 6) Elements of urban design. Along with the activities described above, in the planning process consulting and facilitation sub-services are functionally added at each level in order to assure complete service "Interactive urban planning in 3D environment."
