For First Online Solutions Ltd. this is process innovation on a global level,our goal is to to expand the capacity of the company, increase market share and competitiveness.The company offers huge variety of services for home,office,etc.The systems developed by the company organize the process form placing an order by the client,informing the subcontractor for the service,time,place,method of payment by customers and others,ensuring top quality. In this complex chain of communication-customer-call center-subcontractor-client,the time for data transfer between the parities’ and retransmission of information is a key point in the company business. To facilitate the process,the company has developed and implemented a technological link-bridge between internal systems,which meets and moves the business needs to a totally different level called Real Time Availability Module. In connection with the existing the company created an innovative module for tracking and distribution of employment in real time.This is innovative technological decision.The Module as a part of an active control panel module will filter, reformat and channel information between other internal systems that manage the daily business flow of information in company. This is ground breaking approach in offering services for the Call centers.The Module is developed by the candidate and it is considered as innovation on a global level.This software is giving a major advantage for Real Time Availability,which will reduce the time to transfer information between the employees,will increase quality of service to end user and optimize the entire process. The Module will filter information flow in the chain customer-call center-contractor-client and will eliminate a substantial portion of time and communication.
