Deployment and commercialization of innovative “TV Ad Replacement” service

The main objective of the project is to increase the innovation in the thematic area of ISIS “Informatics and ICT”, through the introduction and marketing of innovative service "Substitution of TV ads". Achieved through the realization the following activities: Development of specialized software for annotating audio stream indexed audio files; Software for advertising replacement; Purchasing of a database of advertising and promo videos; a subscription to access the database of advertising and promo videos; Purchasing of equipment.The project supports the implementation of product innovation.Twelve televisions distributed in Bulgaria, broadcast Romanian ads!None Bulgarian TV does not broadcast various local ads in various Bulgarian cities!The reason is simple-instead of broadcasting a TV channel,for example bTV,must broadcast 26 for each area of the country separately.They need inexpensive solution for replacing local advertising blocks.This market demand will be satisfied by the introduction of a unique autonomous system to replace television ads.System based on innovative technology for automated recognition of sound developed by "H-Tech" Ltd. jointly with IICT to the Bulgarian academy of science,which is a world novelty.It is based on a mathematical scientific research by scientists from Bulgarian academy of science, leading to ultra fast algorithm to recognize the sound that is at the core of the system that will build the project.This is a guarantee for the technical feasibility of the project.The availability of this technology is undoubtedly competitive advantage for the company and creates a market for this service worldwide.In the frames of the project the new ICT approach in the television industry will be implemented.Will be created a web application to operate a new service that is Cloud based and is based on Big Data analysis.It will be implemented in the Sofia city and fully falls within the priority thematic area of ISIS "Informatics and ICT".
