Introduction of a new integrated diagnostic process for microbiological testing of biological materials.

The project envisages implementation of a new integrated diagnostic process for microbiological testing of biological materials with significantly reduced time to obtain laboratory results, increased analytical capabilities and reduced cost of laboratory analysis. The project falls within the priority area "- personalized medicine diagnostics and individual therapy, therapeutic and medicinal forms and means" Theme "Industry for healthy living and biotechnology 'of the Innovation Strategy for smart specialization. Developed by MDL "CibaLab" innovative process has a significantly better opportunities for the identification of bacteria and significantly shorter time for the identification of the causative organism and obtaining the final result of antibiogram. This will significantly improve the processes used alternative microbiological laboratory / analytical reliability and accuracy / s will be reduced to three times the time for obtaining the finished lab result. The deployment of innovative integrated diagnostic process is expected to be purchased automated system for microbial identification based on mass spectrometric innovative technology MALDI-TOF. With the implementation of the project consumer demand for diagnostic services MDL" "CibaLab" Ltd. will substantially increase over the next few years, and better quality services will satisfy the evolving needs of patients of early and rapid diagnosis. Improved quality and speed offered diagnostic services and increased patient satisfaction will lead to an increase in the number of surveyed patients and increasing revenue from sales of the company. It is expected that after implementation of the project MDL" CibLlab" substantially improve their economic performance, which will ensure increase its competitiveness and its recognition as a leading medical diagnostic laboratory in the country.
