Implementation of innovative FAPS (Flexible Automated Production System) for production of case details in "Eldominvest" Ltd.

Implementation of innovative FAPS (Flexible Automated Production System) for production of case parts in "Eldominvest" LTD. The architecture of the FAPS includes three hierarchical levels: First hierarchical level (hardware level): Integrating innovative technology solutions with high technological traceability for flexible production of tubular housings and components based on an innovative concept "Flexible clamping concept", enabling stepless variation of the produced diameter regardless of the number, type and sequence of the manufactured tubular parts in a production cycle. Second hierarchical level (sensor level): Construction of an intelligent sensor system provides real-time information from the machines involved in the production of body parts through integrated PLC devices and patented multi sensors (Invention Patent Register, № BG 66 281 B1 / 01.02.2013, owned by "Eldominvest" Ltd., Varna). Third hierarchical level (management information system): Interactive integrated software management system for the production of case parts. The project implementation will introduce a process within the scope of the Innovation Strategy for intelligent specialization: • Mechatronics and clean technologies: - Automated systems and software assisted management with application in production; - Robotics and process automation, including 3-D modeling of robotic automation systems. Planned project activities: 1. Investments in technological equipment to build the hardware level of FAPS. 2. Investments in technical infrastructure and sensor equipment. 3. FAPS hardware insurance. 4. Investment in LTL (long term liabilities) for the deployment of IMS (Information Management System). 5. Training for work in an interactive information environment with a software system for managing the production of case parts in "Eldominvest" LTD.
