Implementation of a System for automated digital control in production

This project puts forward a model for practical application of the innovative System for Automated Digital Control in Production, developed by TPN 2013 Ltd. The implementation of the project will lead to the system’s integration in the production of computer cases and computer equipment. For that purpose, TPN 20013 Ltd. will open one new business site in the city of Pleven, Pleven district, North-Western region. Currently the system cannot be implemented in the company operations due to the lack of the necessary equipment. Therefore, the project provides for the following activities: conducting a procedure for the selection of a contractor for the supply of equipment, and installation, configuration, setup and commissioning of the system. In accordance with the program rules and requirements, activities related to publicity and visualization of the financial contribution of the EU and the Republic of Bulgaria for project financing will be conducted. Planned project duration is 18 months, total budget is BGN 1,400,000.00, VAT excl. The system has direct application in the “Mechatronics” thematic area sectors (production of computer equipment), therefore the project fully complies with the Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialization (ISSS). The proposed innovation is new on the global market and exceeds to a great extent all known technologies for product creation by use of single devices for 3-D printing connected to a personal computer. The system has been protected by Application for registration of a utility model No. 3384 dated 25.03.2016, Legal Status Certificate and a study by the Patent Office, proving the novelty of the utility model.
