The project aim is to provide the opportunity for Farant AD to introduce a developed in-house product innovation globally. The innovative product is a complete, fully-functional software platform for marketing automation, through which the company will rapidly improve its competitiveness and will create market advantages . The innovation offers different and significantly improved approach to marketing automation, providing innovative functionality, ease of use, remove certain limitations and unite marketing automation components under one software solution. The innovation of the platform lies in new and significantly improved technical and functional characteristics, described bellow: The platform: embed all marketing instruments in a single end-to-end solution, currently available as separate products offered on the market; allows dynamic recalculation of the promotional offering amount, given to every individual customer through the marketing campaigns; allows connecting with client's other systems, triggering processes within the same or within the customer accounts; allows engaging customers through all communication channels; supports delivering engagement and marketing messages across all device types; provides functionalities covering the entire customer life cycle; provides the capability to forecast customer behavior and revenue potential allowing campaign optimization. The innovative product is a computer application with marketing focus and fall into the program theme of "New technologies into creative and recreational industries" with priority axis: computer and mobile applications and games with educational, marketing and/or entertainment characteristics. For successful introduction of the innovation, the company require investment aid for acquiring a specific software to facilitate platform ADV Excel integration, as well as services in support to the innovations - access to data bases and market research.
