Enhancing the innovation capacity and competitiveness "GemSeek Consulting" Ltd. by introducing Ascription –a methodology for completing the missing values in datasets from market research

Gemseek Consulting Ltd., founded in 2011, is a prosperous young company, which advises Fortune 500 clients on their marketing strategy, initiatives aimed at building a loyal customer base, optimize product mix and many other business areas that directly concern sales in international markets. The aim of Gemseek Consulting is continuing its upward growth and successfully competing with other companies on the market, which requires continuous improvement of business processes and its product range in order to create new solutions, technologies and offering high quality services. Given that, the company developed and created an innovative Ascription methodology for filling in missing values in market research datasets. The present equipment, which the company has does not allow it to achieve its strategic goal - implementation of Ascription. The company does not have resources to provide the required support services for its implementation. In this regard, this project provides for the acquisition of tangible and intangible assets and the use of advisory and support services is a necessary step to overcome these limitations. The herein envisaged project activities are all aimed at implementing an innovative solution, which is a process innovation designed to improve the workflow of the company. The market realization of the innovative solution is determined by the implementation of the new process in the company, which will have direct results (significant increase in the scope and quality and reduction of the cost of services) and will expand the market share of the company. Currently, the Gemseek Ascription algorithm has no comparable alternatives. Given the above, the project is entirely aimed at ICT and Informatics of ISIS, and in particular, covers the priority direction - Big Data, GridandCloud Technologies.
