Implementation of an innovative product and marketing of voice communication device for the 'Radis' dispatch center

This project proposal sets forth the implementation of measures, leading to the establishment on the market of an innovative product - a voice communication device for the 'Radis' dispatch center, a development of the applicant Company - 'Balkantel' LTD. This device shall be used in the construction of central dispatch stations for train stations, flight control towers (civilian and military) and ports. Its purpose shall be to execute a safe and secure quality voice communication between the local station dispatchers and the dispatchers from the central control unit. 'RADIS' will ensure secure and reliable communication between these units and all other institutions in case of urgency and emergency. The innovative features of 'RADIS' shall be focused on the following advantages: - Highly reliable switching of VoIP calls; - Innovative backup system at the server level / service level/ current conversation;: - Innovative interface-gateway type, allowing pooling of various voice and data technologies in a homogeneous and manageable IP environment. - Innovative integration of analogue channels in an interface gateway, transforming their signals into IP flows; - Innovative all calls recording system and historical analysis of each process in time. This project has taken into consideration the purchase of specialized equipment and software that will make possible the production of this innovative product, essential for the communication systems of all public transport operators. The marketing of this product shall be guaranteed by the fact that 'RADIS' offers a high-tech solution, combining the use of the older traditional analogue and digital technologies (such as packet switching) and the most modern and advanced IP-based technologies. The implementation of this product shall be a key factor in securing the proper functioning of railway / airport (control) centers, as well as the safe and regular movement of vehicles.
