Clothing for extreme tourism from kevlar "KeveX" - innovation by Kayf Ltd.

Kayf Ltd. is a small enterprise established 8 years ago in the town of Petrich. The company's mission is to prodice knitted fashianable clothing that are most comfortable and suited for the needs and preferences of the customers of all ages. The enterprise has a second production base situated in the town of Pleven, where the implementation of the whole project will take place. The project proposal "Clothing for extreme tourism from kelvar "KeveX" - innovation by Kayf Ltd." envisages the market introduction of an innovative product for extreme tourism and mototourism. The product is developed exclusively by Kayf Ltd. and is new for the domestic and European market, as well. This project proposal aims to increase the innovative capacity and competitiveness of Kayf Ltd. by starting production and marketing of "KeveX" which fully corresponds to the thematic areas of the Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialization. To achieve this objective within the project implementation, the following activities will be realized: - Acquisition of high-tech knitting equipment necessary for the production of the clothing for extreme tourism from kelvar "KeveX"; - Developing market research – marketing and financial research for the positioning and marketing of the new product to target domestic and export markets. The Implementation of the above activities will lead to the achievement of these results for Kayf Ltd: - Starting production of an innovative product - clothing for extreme tourism from kelvar "KeveX"; - Entering into a completely new market segment by marketing the product; - Increased innovation and institutional capacity; - Information provision for entering new export and domestic markets. Given the above positive effects this project proposal will be a key tool for enhancing innovation capacity and competitiveness of Kayf Ltd. on the Bulgarian and international markets and for the development of its potential.
