With this project proposal Media Metrics Ltd aims to implement new type mobile application with educational and entertainment character for translated literature for international exchange translation and market of books for authors outsourcing, translators, editors, designers, illustrators, publishers and professionals from all areas of book's market, as marketing tool for market liberalization of the literary exchange with focus on helping publishing using crowd funding method for protection of so-called "small languages" and linguistic and save the cultural wealth of the world; Considering the Media Metrics Ltd. activity in the IT sector and software products and services , the development of the new mobile application on the principle of the Crowd funding is based on numerous studies by the company of new market niches and interesting initiatives; The idea of the project is inspired of the international initiative for protection and preservation of the so-called "small languages" derived from an IDN environment endangered; The main problem faced by every publisher is whether the translated title of unpopular particular author or genre niche - will be sold? The innovative application model for literary exchange offers numerous solutions on the principle of "crowd funding" method for fundraising through collective efforts of large groups of people; The innovative mobile application falls within the scope "computer and mobile applications and games educational, marketing and / or entertainment Thematic area of ISIS "new technologies in creative and recreational industries" and also meets the general and specific objectives of the strategy for entrepreneurial discovery , increasing the competitiveness of domestic and international markets; Based on numerous studies has being establish that the product differs significantly from all existing on the European and world markets, thanks to set of functionalities + add value;
