"Implementation of innovative piece of work for providing of new services by Programme Consulting Ltd."

In 2015 year, Programme Consulting Ltd. has invested resources in research and development aimed at developing innovative product to provide new services aimed at persons liable under LMML (Law on Measures against Money Laundering) and LMFT (Law on measures against terrorism financing). On our preliminary study of the market applicability of innovation shows that the majority of payers of businesses are not prepared to the extent necessary to apply the measures under the law. With adopted 4 th EU directive 846/2015 it is inserted within June of 2017 for Member States to transpose into national law new issues concerning enhanced measures against money laundering and financing of terrorism; There are serious penalties for persons liable for failure. Therefore, with this project we plan to implement our development of innovation: Web-based and mobile platform for the provision and operation of services for regulatory compliance, targeting obligated persons under LMML LMFT and for this purpose doable activities: - Acquisition of new equipment necessary for the introduction of innovative products; - Acquisition / development of specialized software; - Consulting and support services in support of innovation. Along with that project activities are characterized as activities for the implementation of eco-innovation. Innovation wich is subject to the implementation of the project is a new one at the European market and has considerable market potential, feasibility and viability. As a result of the project we will realize market realization of the innovative piece of work (web platform for delivering new services) in the thematic area of ISSS «ICT and Informatics" and will achieve our common purpose: enhancing the innovation capacity and competitiveness of Programme Consulting Ltd.
