Implementing an innovative product at NAICOMS Ltd.

Leading evolving strategy for NAICOMS is the strategy of synergy, this is the reason why the company elected to develop their own hardware product Telemedicine Station, after developing a software platform for online medicine services. The specific objective of the current project is implementation and market launch of an innovative product, which falls in 2 fileds of ISSS. The product is an internal development and is protected by production design registration within the territory of the Community, as such it falls in the following fileds of ISSS: “Industry for a healthy life and bio-technology”, at priority division “Production of instruments, equipment, materials for medical and dental diagnostics and therapy, and/or partaking in supranational production chain” and “Personal medicine, diagnostics and individual therapy, therapeutic and medicinal forms and means’. as well as in "Informatics and ICT" field, priority division "ICT approaches in engineering , medicine and creative industries". Within the frame of the current project the company plan is to establish a new economic entity on the territory of NWR, in which to implement in the production and to launch on the global market a new innovative product, facilitating remote medical diagnostics and consultation. The product will satisfy the increasing demand of new technologies in Telemedicine with view of the growing necessity in society from medical care and providing equal access to health care. Based on the conducted comparative analysis for the implemented innovation, we consider it is an innovative and a significantly improved product on the international market. For achieving the objectives of the project the following activity needs to take place: Acquiring of new equipment, necessary to implement the innovative product in the production, which is a precondition for implementation of the product and will provide its technical feasibility and market implementation.
