Implementation of innovative process and service at GPS Bulgaria AD

GPS Bulgaria has more than 18 years of experience in the deployment of innovative systems for fleet management. Within the company structure there is a team of 10 specialists, engaged in extensive research and development in the field of operational activities of the company. As a result of their work, the company has developed and is ready to implement an innovative system for processing, analysis and secure transmission of telematic data described in the application for registration of a utility model № 3359 / 23.03.2016, and the resulting innovative service for analysing drivers profile, with the highest level of data security. This determines the objectives of the project: - Implementation of innovative process - system for processing, analysis and secure transmission of telematics data; - Market realization of service for analysing drivers profile with the highest level of data security. The proposed innovations represent a novelty on the world market and outperform alternative solutions described in Annex Z. To achieve the objectives the following activities are planned: 1.Acquisition of new equipment necessary for the implementation of the innovative service and process. (by purchasing server cluster) 2.Acquisition/development of specialized software needed to deploy innovative service and process (by purchasing specialized software). The project implementation will resulted in market realisation of innovative service and implementation of process within the scope of priority area ICT and Informatics of the Innovation strategy for intelligent specialization. Because the implementation of the innovative process and service will create market advantages and strengthen the competitiveness of our company the project will have the following effects, within five years of its implementation: - productivity will grow by an average of 15,9% compared to that of 2015; - Net sales will grow up to 104% due to the implementation of the project.
