Introducing into production an innovative axial piston hydraulic motor

This project proposal envisages the purchase and putting into exploitation machinery and equipment needed to provide technical and technological conditions for the production of a product innovation with a high technology readiness level. This project will finalize the several years cycle of development of this entirely new for the enterprise product. The product „unregulated axial piston hydraulic motor with a sloping disk " is a high-tech, completely new for the enterprise, a new in the market of the industrial manufacturers in Bulgaria, its production is based on new for Bulgaria engineering technologies and finally it is significantly improved compared to alternative products of renowned world manufacturers, and the innovation is protected by registered utility model. To complete the production flow for the innovative hydraulic motor machinery and equipment will be delivered under the project. As a result of this project the company will diversify the production and will ensure its presence in the global market for hydraulic components and systems. The following project activity is planned : acquisition of 9 pcs. of equipment necessary for the implementation into production of innovative product. The total project cost, including the financial support, is 3 019 443 BGN. The expected results are: 9 pcs. of machinery set into new production; Starting the production 1 pc. innovative product; Technology stream created with a capacity of 15 th.pcs for the new product (6 modifications); 4 new job-places created; Increase at the end of 5 years period achieved: Labor productivity – with about 17%; Capacity - 8-10%; Sales - with 25.5%.
