The proposed project introduces a globally innovative marketing related product - Honest Survey. It is computer and mobile application belonging to the marketing and gamification component within the segment of creative and recreational industries as per the national Smart Specialization Strategy for Innovations. The key new features of the service are the result of the application of innovative mobile system for more representative sociological surveys developed by VM Labs and protected with a utility model certificate. Its uniqueness stems from the fact that the answers of respondents are combined with input from highly sensitive sensors of various devices used in the surveys, which guarantees a high degree of representativeness and reliability of the results, provides improved data interpretation tools and offers a number of derivative advantages. The proposed business model is also new as it turns a free user application into a paid-by-business-customers pool of respondents. The project meets a growing global market demand and enters a promising market with exceptional growth rates, coupled with high barriers to entry. This will ensure that the competitive advantages of the company in the market remain in the long run. The main targeted segments are hotels, restaurants and entertainment centers in the tourism sector, as well as market research agencies, often acting as an intermediary in tourist opinion polling. In order to implement the Honest Survey system we need to purchase a software solution that enables us to provide the innovative services as a computer and mobile application (intangible assets), as well as a mechanical simulator of biometric signals to calibrate the software (tangible assets), both of which will be located in the NorthWestern Region of Bulgaria. In order to improve the quality of the service we also plan to gain access to a database with research and methodologies to compile questions and assess the subjective state of respondents.
