Innovations and competitiveness in Promet Safe Ltd

The project proposal concerns implementing a new type of fire-resistant safe into regular production. Its construction is new at world level. The safe has a lot of advantages compared to the existing ones at the market - increased fire-resistance time, bigger usable space, as well as a significant decrease of the deffective safe doors. All this is based on the type of construction as well as of the manufacturing technology that will be used. More than half of the produced and sold safes will have electronic control. Our production capcity is full at the moment and this makes impossible the implementation of new products in our production portfolio. This can be solved by buying new equipment thorugh which we shall be able to decrease the time for production of 1 product unit. We do not have suitable equipment to fulfill part of the necessary technological operations for the implementation into production of the new safe type in the way in which it is constructed. By implementing the new equipment we shall be able to increase our production capacity with at least 30%, to decrease significantly the time for production of 1 product unit as well as to increase our market shares as we shall offer a product which is new for the world market, which is economically and functionally effective at the same time. Our net profits will increase and we shall have the opportunity to enter new markets where we are not presented now. We shall create new jobs while keeping the existing ones. We shall achieve significant saving of production resources as the innovative construction requires less metal for 1 product unit. We shall also achieve ecological effect due to dropping off of some of the technological operations that pollute the environment. The time for production of 1 pcs of safe will be decreased 1,5 times, which will allow us to be more competitive on prime cost and delivery times. The quality of the products will improve based on the more exact sizes of the components.
