Implementation in Marketing the Product Innovation "Virtual Office"

The product innovation "Virtual Office", which falls within priority areas of ISIS thematic areas – “New Technologies in Creative and Recreational Industries” will be marketed through the implementation of project activities, creating market advantages and increase of competitiveness both within the company and in companies that will benefit from the innovative service. The "Virtual Office" offers an integrated solution for innovative communication service aimed at improving the systems for business management, communication and learning needs of different user groups: small and medium enterprise sector, corporate sector, educational and governmental organizations. The service allows achieving greater efficiency in the exchange of information and ongoing management of business processes by providing a flexible work environment, unified platform for data exchange, and easy integration with existing information systems used by the businesses. The innovative product "Virtual Office" enables full integration of the activities in a company, especially in conducting virtual conferences, briefings and workshops, conduct training and creating e-multimedia content in case there are several distance office (in different cities or countries). Proposed innovation is own work, which has all the necessary qualities to be defined as an innovative, integrated, interactive multimedia system on a global level, as superior to alternative solutions on the market known at the time. Implemented innovative product will implement electronic communications and processes that significantly reduce the consumption of natural resources – paper, energy, materials and supplies, transportation, etc. of the wider group of users of innovation, which increases resistance to environmental pressures.
