Achieving intelligent and sustainable growth within ALUKOM JSCo through the creation of innovation environment and infrastructure for the implementation of innovative process for Process for the production of structurally- densitive aluminum alloy castings by casting with crystallization under pressure

With the successful execution of the project the need to strengthen the innovation activities of Bulgarian enterprises will be satisfied. The company represent the target group of the eneterprises who experience difficulties assosiated with raising capital for development of innovations. The main objective of the project proposal is to increase the innovation activity of ALUCOM JSCo in one of the tematic areas of the innovation strategy for inteligent specialization - Mechatronics and clean technologies in part engineering and instrument engineering including parts, components na dsystems focusing on transport and energy. The expected results of the project will contribute to increasing the capacity for innovation, scientific research and knowledge and deploymentnof technologies to achieve resource effciency to the deployment and successful implementation of viable and economically sustainable and implmnetable process. The result will be achieved by: 1) Increase the level of innovation activuty through reserach and development; 2) Increase the capacity for the cretion of innovations through the implementation of modern and highly technological equipmnet; 3) Increase the research capacity and knowledge through provision of services for optimising innovative production procesess and ensure the realization of manufactured innovative products; 4) Ensuring the successful deploymnet and implementation of viable and economically sustainable and feasible innovatiove product. The objectives and results will be achieved through the intriduction of modern high tech equipment: Vertical Catsting Machine - 1 pc.; Converter for melting resonant power - 1 pc. Machine for removing casting systems and cleaning of castings - 1 pc.; Automatic Xray system for control fo alluminium casting with high resolution - 1 pc.; Three dimentional measuring machine - 1 pc.; Testing complex of details with helium.
