Innovative process introduction in MBAL City Clinic Sveti Georgi EOOD

The overall project objective is to increase competitiveness and innovative capacity of the hospital CITY CLINIC - SAINT GEORGE Ltd., through the introduction of process innovations in health care.  The specific objectives are: - To provide the necessary technological infrastructure for the introduction of the developed innovation through investments in software and hardware; - To create conditions for the release of European market of health tourism; - To improve market position and revenues of the company as a result of implemented system for video and imaging assisted support diagnostics and therapy of stroke patients when choosing a therapeutic model. The project envisages implementation of process innovation - namely system for video and imaging assisted support diagnostics and therapy of stroke patients when choosing a therapeutic model. The innovation was developed by our team doctors and specialists and is protected by a utility model process in the patent office. The project proposal fully complies with the innovation strategy for smart specialization in the subject area Industry for healthy living and biotechnology, personalized medicine, diagnostics and individual therapy. Innovation is also relevant to the field "Informatics and ICT" to the priority direction: ICT-based services and systems. By purchasing hardware and specialized software for the realization of innovative processes in the field of health, the project completely complies with the objectives of Axis 1 of OPIC 2014-2020 and the objectives of this financing procedure.
